CMA CGM: From April 1st, 2022, the sea freight will be calculated based on the actual departure date.

It is reported that on February 16, CMA CGM's official website announced that it would implement the "freight rate will be based on the actual

departure date as the applicable date of the freight" for all routes out of China (except North America). This regulation will take effect on April 1,

2022 (the actual departure date).

CMA CGM announced that it adheres to the service concept of simplicity, efficiency, openness and transparency, and hereby reiterates the reference

standard for the applicable date of freight. The details are as follows:

Applicable Freight Date: The applicable date of freight is the actual departure date.

Applicable routes: All routes exported from China (except North America routes).

Effective Date: 20 (Actual Departure Date)
