Our plant covers an area of about 100,000 square
meters, with laser workshop, plasma workshop,
welding workshop, forming workshop, and
galvanizing workshop arranged in an orderly
manner and efficient production. We have all
kinds of metal processing equipment, including
fiber laser cutting machine, laser pipe cutting
machine, laser punching machine, CNC plasma
pipe cutting machine, hydraulic punching
machine, pipe shrinking machine, CNC punching
machine, CNC welding machine, purlin forming
machine and other equipment more than 100
sets. Our large fiber laser cutting machine has
outstanding performance to process 50mm thick
steel plates, equipped with a highly intelligent
nesting system, which can cut various shapes of
plates, improve material utilization, and form an
efficient and high-quality production line with
other equipment. In addition, we have more than
10 photovoltaic bracket forming lines, and 2
fully automatic hot-dip galvanizing production
lines. The daily production capacity is 16,000
screw anchors, 21,000 cast-in-place piles, and
10 MW of photovoltaic brackets. Our annual
purchase volume of raw materials exceeds
100,000 tons, and the raw material supply
channels are stable, the quality is reliable, and
the supply is sufficient. Today, we have the ability
to realize the whole chain of production and
service of metal products in the photovoltaic
industry.
