Russia intends to impose a tax on coal exports! Russia, India, and Australia "joined forces" to catch Europe off guard?

In order to make up for the budget deficit in Russia, Russian media reported on the 15th that the government is currently considering imposing

tariffs on coal exports.

According to relevant sources, the current plan is only to set the starting price, higher than the price will be subject to additional tariffs, it is

understood that tariffs maybe set in the range of 9-10 US dollars / ton.
